Tanisha Robinson, co-founder and co-owner of Print Syndicate (that owns LookHuman.com and its printing facility Origin Makers), had an interesting way to "resolve" an employee's complaint about the hostile environment at Origin Makers and her being sexually harassed by three male co-workers.
She fired her -- the victim. The perpetrators (all 3 guys) still work there.
ANYBODY SPEAK UP ON HER BEHALF?
It was so outrageous that several of her co-workers (some who had witnessed the sexual harassment) went to talk to the co-owner/co-founder "T." about their concerns about what happened.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?
A few weeks after they met with T to express their concerns,
they were all fired too.
But not until after the busy holiday season. During those weeks, most worked EVERY day of the week -- mandatory overtime -- with just one day off between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Often, they worked 10- to 12-hour days to help Origin Makers keep up with the orders coming in to LookHuman.com and the other channels owned by Print Syndicate.
EVERY ONE of those who expressed concerns to management or T. directly was fired on January 5, 2015. Many of those fired had been there a year or more and some had recently been promoted to training positions.
